- 145 g quinoa flakes
- 135 g sunflower Seeds
- 90 g flaxseed meal (or ground linseed in your food processor)
- 65 g walnuts pieces
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp physillium husk
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 350 ml water hot, but not boiling
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix the hot water with the maple syrup and the coconut oil until melted.
Add the water to the dry ingredients.
Transfer into a bread loaf form that is either lined with baking paper or oiled with some coconut oil. Smooth the dough with the back of a spoon.
Let the dough rest for at least 2 hours (I like to leave it over night)
Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the loaf in the form for 25 minutes.
Remove the bread from the form and bake for another 60 minutes.
Let the bread completely cool before cutting. Enjoy!
